Integrity as our foundation
We believe it’s essential to work honestly, respectfully, and openly. That applies to ourselves, as well as to our suppliers and partners. Together, we take responsibility for our work and its impact. Our Code of Conduct explains how we do this.
Social responsibility
We believe everyone should be treated with respect and fairness. That’s why we ensure a safe and healthy working environment, supported by measures such as our whistleblower procedure. This safe foundation applies not only to our colleagues and partners, but also to the people working elsewhere in our value chain, for example in the extraction of raw materials.
Conflict Minerals Statement
Everyone involved in supplying our raw materials deserves respect, fairness, and care. That’s why we do not use any materials that contribute to conflict or human rights violations.
Responsibility for our environment
Our environment is under pressure: the climate is changing rapidly, partly due to the impact of individuals and businesses. We see this reflected in more extreme weather conditions and rising temperatures. That’s why, as Masévon, we take responsibility for keeping our climate impact as low as possible. Step by step, we are reducing our CO₂ footprint and making our operations more sustainable. We do this through a continuous improvement process that gives us increasing insight into—and control over—our impact across all greenhouse gas emission scopes.
We provide our supply chain partners and regulatory authorities with the required product information regarding the presence of substances of concern to human health and the environment.
